“TEACHER TRAINING” is The most important and less discussed topic. We should discuss this topic because the teacher is the main source or builder of the young generation. She is the one who makes a person think well and perform well in society.

WHAT IS TEACHER TRAINING?

Teacher training is that teachers should be trained to tackle any kind of student’s mind and should make them a better person for society. A good teacher is one who read his/her student’s mind and know what they need.

Teacher is not just a profession but they should also treat their students like their own children as children get inspired by their teacher so quickly. So there should be some training centers or sessions to train the teachers that own teacher should tackle a child.

If the teacher will be trained then she will treat every student as their child and every child will become a rising star in society and will be able to perform better.

WHY TEACHER TRAINING IS IMPORTANT?

Teacher training is so much important as teachers should be up to date. As we all know that we go through the current pandemic and still going on but the most important thing that was get disturbed is education. When the sudden pandemic happened no one was prepared for that and everything gets closed and lock down occurred, education system got disturbed and we were not that familiar with the online learning system.

The transfer from physical classes to online was not that easy and the main thing was our teachers were not trained and we don’t have that many resources as well. Firstly, education systems started recording classes but that did not go well. Students got lazy and the education system started ruining.

But, after a little time, we started familiar with that and management started training the teachers that we should fight against that and teachers so much cooperate with it. Schools started online classes and teachers started interacting with the students through video classes with so much energy and things got easy.

If we observe the whole scenario then we will conclude that if we train our teachers with every situation and started different short courses or seminars for them to learn or train more then fighting the situation will go easier.

WHY TRAINED TEACHERS ARE BETTER THAN NON-TRAIN ONES?

It is not like teachers are good or bad. Every teacher is good in the way possible as they do their last effort to make a person a better person to live and to perform best in society. Teachers make you a human and give you the ability to think about what is good and what is bad for you.

But the question is why trained teachers are better. So the simple answer to this question is that if anyone is trained and specialist in their desired field then they will perform better than the non-train one. And teachers are the makers of society.

If we talk about special children then in this modern world there are so many well-trained teachers are there who are performing their duties so well. So if we give any special child to any normal teacher who doesn’t know how to treat them then the future of that child will get ruined because there are certain teachers and staff for them and they can treat them better than any other teacher.

So, training is so much important in every field but it is especially important in the field of teachers as the future of little angles is in their hands.

Teacher training is not for a month or a targeted training program but it is a life-long process, as the teacher is the powerhouse of every institute or for every child.

EDUCATED AND TRAINED TEACHER = STUDENT’S ACHIEVEMENT

Quality educated teacher is an important part of any institute as if they will be educated and fully trained regarding any subject then it will be easier for them to convey their knowledge to their students.

Training in any institute should be mandatory for all the teachers so that they will be updated regarding any other issue and will able to face it with a smile on their faces and the education system will not get ruined.

As we all know that for special children there are certain educated and trained teachers and if the institute will not hire such teachers then other teachers who do not get an education in that field will not able to understand these students’ minds. Teaching is not that easy, it’s a mind-reading game. If the teacher is capable of reading their student’s minds then no teacher is better than them. Special education institutes also arrange some campaigns or training sessions for the teachers so that these teachers will perform better will be up to date with the current education system and will be able to understand every student’s mind.

Student achievement just depends on the teacher’s efforts and how they are trained. A child’s mind is just like a blank piece of paper, what we put on it will be seen in the future and if the teacher who is the backbone of every student’s future will not be fully trained then the results will not be as good as they could be.

CONCLUSION

Teachers’ training should be an important part of any institute and there must be some sessions regarding it. As we face covid-19 recently and still facing it and it is new for all of us. It’s a great challenge we all are facing, but now to some extent, we all are familiar with this. We know how to fight it and how to maintain the education system at its best level possible.

But yes, our all teaching staff is not fully trained and does not know it so well how to deal with such situations. Government or such institutions should provide some kind of training sessions or seminars for the teachers so that they will be up to date according to the situation.

As I said earlier the teacher is the main powerhouse for the children so they should be trained for them so that they will be able to fulfill their desired needs.

Teacher training should be arranged once or twice a month. There should be seminars in which experienced teachers from different institutes should come and give some motivational and educational speeches to the teachers and guide them accordingly. This all will be so much beneficial for the future generation because these are much-needed thing for the teachers and the students also because if the teacher is trained and know what is going on in the current era and what is the best way to treat every student.

Trained teachers are just not beneficial for the child but for the institutions as well because if the student will perform well so it will automatically be beneficial or good for the institute as well. Teacher training is good for the institutions as well in such a way also that if the teachers will be trained so the school or the desired institution’s students will get good grades or perform well and it will automatically make the name of the desired institution.
